We have dealt with John and Christina on their Night Watchman website doing two MP3 interviews and a written email interview called "Dowsing for Orbs". Because we are involved in a controversial area (Orbs), and our personal experiences are considered by many to be on the "fringe", it was unusual and refreshing to deal with media people who truly have a genuine interest in us, what we have experienced, and wanted to make our experiences known to a much wider audience. As one of the team leaders of a very busy paranormal group in NYC, I am always looking for new ways to promote our group. I came across The Night Watchman Chronicles and their "featured paranormal group of the month" page and decided to contact them, hoping they would agree to feature our group. I sent an email and got one back immediately. We traded emails back and forth and it was decided that we would be the featured paranormal group for November 2006. I was sent a very clear email of what information they would need from me - pictures, video and audio, etc. They also offered to post a short interview with myself or another member of the team. We decided to have our data manager, Dan Tisher, participate in the interview. Now, like I said, we have a very busy group in a very busy city. I also have a separate career that keeps me extremely busy and I desperately need things to run smooth and easy in order to keep everything in working order. My experience with the people at The Night Watchman Chronicles was easier than I could have hoped. If you are reading this, you already know that a lot of groups might have a great website, but seem to be run in a less than professional manner. The Night Watchman Chronicles is run very professionally. Their communication was clear and to the point. There was never any question as to what they needed or were looking for. Being very busy, I appreciated how efficient they worked. They gave me plenty of notice as to when I needed to get our information to them. Their interview with Dan was very informative and stayed away from the cheesy conversation that usually finds its way into talks about the paranormal. These guys are top shelf and run a tight ship. Anyone (or group) will have, I'm sure, as positive an experience as I have had. I can't say enough good things about these guys and their site.
