Workshops

The Purple Lotus offers its facility for workshops on: SATURDAY: 3 pm to 9 pm SUNDAY: 8 am to 9 pm We can accommodate 15 people.

Facility Fees: $75.00 for up to 4 hours $125.00 for 5 to 8 hours $200.00 for 9 to 13 hours |
A deposit of $25 is required to hold the date and time. The deposit will be subtracted from the fees above on the day of the workshop. You must cancel ten days before scheduled workshop date to receive your deposit back. Workshop fee collection is the responsibility of the person doing the workshop.
Workshop advertising is the responsibility of
the person doing the workshop. We will send out to our email list for you,
but you must also send out from your own email list.
We would like workshops to be scheduled 3 weeks
or more in advance and workshops are subject to date availability.
Special arrangements, if necessary, are available if scheduling allows.
Tables, chairs, and a dry erase board are
available at no extra charge. A projection system is possible, if needed, for an
extra charge.
This projection system belongs to someone else, so plenty of advance notice is
advisable.
FOOD & BEVERAGES FOR WORKSHOPS
If you are having a long workshop, you might
consider breaking for lunch or allowing snacking throughout.
The following are foods we can provide for your guests:
Beverages (available for every workshop):
Coffee, Green Tea & Water: $1.00 per person for the duration of workshop
Meat & Cheese Tray - 3 different meats, 3 different cheeses and crackers (enough for 16 people) for $29.00
Vegetable Tray - 5 different vegetables and dip (enough for 16 people) for $21.00
Fruit Tray - 4 different fruits (enough for 16 people) for $24.00
If your workshop is lengthy, but you have less than 15 people attending, special arrangements and pricing can be made.
