Part of our service to you in Night Whispers is to offer you the Tarot-Scope. Even though Night Whispers comes out every two months, you will find a new Tarot-Scope here at the beginning of each month.
A Tarot-Scope differs from a horoscope only in the fact that what you find here encompasses a full month for each sign of the Zodiac rather than just one day which is, typically, what is found in most newspapers. The format will be a bit different than what you may be accustomed to - a bit longer reading - but well worth it if you are looking for a bit of insight into what the month may bring for you. |
Of course, as with any kind of divination, what you read into what is given here will not mean the same to any two people even if they are of the same sign. This is the way a Tarot-Scope works because no two lives are the same no matter what Zodiac sign you were born under.
Use the Tarot-Scope as you will - for fun or for insight - that is what it is here for. Personally, we find it very enlightening and very much enjoy following our own monthly Tarot-Scope.

Aries (March 21 - April 19) - October is focused on faith, the future and what could be. Your desire is to regain or find a sense of meaning, inspiration, or purpose to your life with all hope that your future will be better than your past. In the physical aspect, you have no choice but to follow this path as it is a call of destiny that moves you to go forward. Your desire is not in vain, and what you are yearning for will ultimately be fulfilled. On the spiritual plane, Paramahansa Yogananda states in the Autobiography of a Yogi, "The Karmic Law requires that every human wish find ultimate fulfillment." Isn't it possible, then, that what you want is the thing itself, knocking at your door? With deep sincerity and a firm resolve, follow what you know to be true for yourself and in due time, it will happen for you. Things will work out better than you expected and your faith in the future will be renewed. |

Taurus (April 20 - May 20) - October is the month for you to focus on expansion, movement, and time spent away from home, romance, meetings and gatherings, new opportunities, and long-distance communications. You have a need to speed things up, settle something of concern to you, or to branch out on your own. On this physical plane, the goal you've made is getting closer, but your affairs won't be completely set, decided upon, or determined as yet. Spiritually, you should not be anxious or worried about these affairs. The Universe is fully aware of what you need and what you want has already been established. You'll either be led to it or it will come to you. If you want good results, take more responsibility, initiative and accountability. If you have to leave home, do so, or shop around if necessary. Don't be afraid to take a chance or make yourself more available to other. Though not settled or "grounded" yet, things will be set in motion. The new conditions will eventually lead to success. |

Gemini (May 21 - June 20) - For you, October is about endings and new beginnings in career, partnerships, or status quo... new conditions, new opportunities, and a new lifestyle. You want things to change radically and know that you can't continue with the way things are. In this physical world, you're going to experience many changes and in three to six hours, days, weeks or months, a new direction will emerge and the "dead" will rise again. Spiritually, there is a pattern or habit that you have not been able to overcome. You have no choice at this point but to move aside and let the Higher Powers move in and lead you out of the difficulties. It is necessary for you to accept this "death" no matter what form it takes if a resurrection is going to occur for you so that the situation can be restored to its rightful and proper condition. Let go of those situations that no longer server any purpose for you in your evolution. If you continue to try to pursue them, you will move forward, but then only be pulled back, or find that you have no one around to help or guide you. A whole new order will be established, and like the Phoenix, you will rise up out of your own ashes and begin again. |

Cancer (June 21 - July 22) - This month is focused on books, research, study, or the occult, trying to get an idea across to others, resolution or results, the home and personal property, magnetism, attraction, romance and/or a person with a Scorpio-type temperament. You need to feel that the work you do means something or that it has value to others and/or you want to ask someone else for help. On the physical plane, though people might not grasp your concepts or see things the way you do, you won't be left out in the cold. Someone will come to help you and offer you the opportunity to use some of your skills and talents. Spiritually, your inner hearing is increasing due to a tremendous spiritual force. In time, those things you couldn't see previously will be very clearly revealed to you. Use whatever resources available, including "charm" and persuasion, then let the Cosmic Forces take you to your path or show you what is hidden. In time, you will see that your prayers have been answered. Guidance will be with you from invisible sources in your work affairs, but those who are go-betweens will be disappointing and, at this time, that union or wish will not materialize. |

Leo (July 23 - August 22) - October is the month concerning establishments, organizations, groups, or structures (including the family structure), key or critical figures you align yourself with, the search for truth and understanding, new thinking and new opportunities. You want to get to a deeper level with someone or to rid yourself of those things that block, restrict or keep you from having exactly what you want. On the physical plane, Don't compromise yourself or your values even if it means suffering or abstention. Spiritually, there is no room for betterment if your mind is filled to the brim with all the things you think you need and want. For the Higher to enter, some of the debris must be cleared away. Let go of those things that don't serve you well - your past, feelings of loss, or an old routine. Allow yourself to move into the new and the unknown as that is where you'll find your opportunities now. Don't let yourself be pulled under or overcome. By operating in a new way, you will develop more strength of will. The "powers that be" will prevent you from moving forward at this time. |

Virgo (August 23 - September 22) - October, for you, is about employment, profession and status, scholastic or romantic endeavors, mental labor, practical idealism and dynamic efforts, and/or dealing with a person with a Capricorn-type of temperament. You feel as though you are making absolutely no headway though you want to be successful and make more money in your work. On this physical plane, realize of futile your efforts are. If something is meant to be, it will come in its own good time. When you stop trying so hard - seeking, searching or expecting - it will begin to happen for you. Spiritually, understand that it's futile to be upset over the things that you don't cause and that you are powerless to change. Be willing to listen to, or act upon, new ideas. The fact is, no matter how much you want something, you won't want it if it's not right, but you also won't give up until you get exactly what you want. |

Libra (September 23 - October 22) - October is the month for the formulation of ideas, love, fresh starts, illumination, inspiration, creative endeavors, pleasure, and satisfaction. Your heart and mind are not in agreement and you are searching for clarity or truth in the situation and/or you may be hoping an idea you have will come to reality. Physically, your ideas will meet with success. Spiritually, It's only a matter of time before you get what you want because what you want also wants you. Act on new ideas, try new avenues, or say "yes". Something you've desired will manifest making you very happy with the outcome of your affairs. |

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21) - October brings to you a focus on inner disturbances or disquiet, feelings of foreboding or dread, and a very perplexing, changeable, or deceptive course of affairs in whatever area is most important to you at this time. You have a feeling that your dreams won't come true and that things won't go smoothly as you'd like them to. On the physical plane, you will experience many unforeseen changes and unexpected occurrences of which you will have no control. Be willing to let things be as they are, accept them and then they will change. You can't run from the problem, you must go through it. Spiritually, For every win there must be a loss, for every happiness, a sadness, and for every positive move, a negative challenge. This is the law of balance. If you are feeling resistance to this experience, you can overcome your resistance by observation and a gentle acceptance of "what's so." Capricorn (December 22 - January 19) - October's focus is on assistance or backing on an idea or project, and on rules, finances and assets, enlargement, accomplishment, employment or commission, kinship, friendship, romance, and betterment. You want things to go well and for enterprises to be successful. On the physical plane, you will see circumstances changing for the better. Spiritually, you cannot make changes or better your situation alone. What you require must come from others whose experience, understanding, or knowledge is greater than your own. Don't try to hurry or force changes - be patient and wait for the changes. This is not a time to assert yourself. If you do, things will not go the way you want them to and you may have difficulty with other people. If you just be patient, considerable help will come your way. No big successes are foreseen this month, but you will have small ones. |

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18) - October, for you, is dealing with your life, values, and a way of thinking, caused by a complete reversal in your affairs. Your dreams will no longer seem valid and everything that's been before now looks hopeless, obsolete, or meaningless. What you want is to let go of a problem situation or a painful situation and let a higher wisdom handle your affairs because you don't want to deal with the discouragement, striving and trying to figure things out. On the physical plane, there is a greater hand guiding your course. Spiritually, adopt the words, "Not my will but Thine". Eventually, the experience you are having will make sense and you will understand where it was meant to take you. Remove your hands from the situation and let the Higher Powers take command. Pisces (February 19 - March 20) - October's focus is on inventory and analysis; philosophical, spiritual, and work-related ideas, discussions, and activities; the desire for expansion; sexual attraction, new beginnings, and/or dealing with a person with a Sagittarian-type temperament. You know things need to change (this could be concerning a loved one) and you want to be released from the stifling and stagnating ways of business or to find a solution to some problems. On the physical plane, change is in the air and a new approach is on its way. This may come from a friend who will help you "see the light" or look at things in a whole new way. Spiritually, don't compromise your self-esteem or avoid "warning signs", but be willing to be patient. Take time to pursue philosophical or intellectual hobbies, work or lectures and be sure to get things settled or put them down on paper ahead of time. No unpleasant surprises will come your way by doing this and you won't end up sabotaging yourself.
