TAROT-SCOPE

     Part of our service to you in Night Whispers is to offer you the Tarot-Scope. Even though Night Whispers comes out every two months, you will find a new Tarot-Scope here at the beginning of each month.
     A Tarot-Scope differs from a horoscope only in the fact that what you find here encompasses a full month for each sign of the Zodiac rather than just one day which is, typically, what is found in most newspapers. The format will be a bit different than what you may be accustomed to - a bit longer reading - but well worth it if you are looking for a bit of insight into what the month may bring for you.

     Of course, as with any kind of divination, what you read into what is given here will not mean the same to any two people even if they are of the same sign. This is the way a Tarot-Scope works because no two lives are the same no matter what Zodiac sign you were born under.
     Use the Tarot-Scope as you will - for fun or for insight - that is what it is here for. Personally, we find it very enlightening and very much enjoy following our own monthly Tarot-Scope.

Aries (March 21 - April 19) - May is focused on continuation and/or things that come together later on; new things replacing old; investments of time or money; potential partners or partnerships; and pleasure, satisfaction, and prosperity. Everything you were once immersed in (be it in your love life or your business) has either been cut off, cut back or completely severed and you want it to spring back or be replaced by something else. On the physical plane, it may take awhile, but what was cut back or pruned will spring up again. "All things come in time." On the spiritual plane, if you've come to a dead end, it's because you lack the kind of knowledge that only time and experience can acquire. Keep an optimistic attitude and let time be the deciding factor. Also, take time out to play, and don't be afraid to spend money on pleasurable pursuits or enjoyable commodities. Your world will be transformed and you will prosper.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20) - April is the month you will focus on unexpected developments and occurrences in love affairs or personal relationships; motion, messages, and controlled reactions; workable ideas and concepts to further growth; and/or a person with a Taurean-type temperament. You want success or cooperation in business and/or matters of the heart. On the physical level, the situation in which you feel trapped is only temporary. Your pessimism will soon be replaced by great joy, and someone will be very instrumental in changing things for the better. On the spiritual level, if what you think or hear is negative, don't believe it. Don't give up... a new beginning is at hand. You will find what was sought after, successful conclusions or agreements will be reached, and all will end well.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20) - For you, April is about unforeseen problems, conflicts, and defeats which cause a depressed or distressed turn of mind. You won't feel like expending energy on superficialities and will be frustrated in work, love and health. You will feel that there are more obstacles ahead, and won't want to face the ordeal you know you must if you are to have what you want. In the physical, you're in for a struggle and there will be more work or problems ahead than you're aware of now. In the spiritual, if God wants you to do something, He will give you the desire for it and the power to do it. Consider the source and avoid dwelling on the negative side of things. Don't allow an inconsistent or indecisive attitude to get the upper hand. Use positive affirmations and count your "wins", no matter how small. The outcome will be one of conquest and defeat; you will succeed in some areas but not in others, and while you may get what you want, it may not be the way you want it.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22) - This month of April will be about controversial matters, conflicts of interest, unexpected or unforeseen developments that change your plans or alter your course, important news or information, and an idea whose time has come. You want information or insight; to pin something down or to resolve a dilemma. On the physical plane, situations will be out of your control (your premonitions will probably be right). Get ready for a new way of life because one is about to commence. On the spiritual plane, what's happening in your life will soon turn into something much better. This apparent havoc is actually the beginning of a new order which was destined to commence at this time and if events had not convened in just this way, you'd still be where you were and you would miss the turn of fortune that fate has in store for you. Don't get stuck on "plans"... letting things go the way they will, will bring good fortune. Events are going to sum up in such a way that it will be impossible to miss the results... but a new start in a new direction will work out in your behalf, and give you the chance to begin anew.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22) - April, for you, deals with affairs concerning the formulation of ideas, love, fresh starts, illumination, inspiration, creative endeavors, pleasure, and satisfaction. You are searching for clarity or for the truth in a situation where your heart says one thing and your intellect another, and/or you hope an idea will become a reality. In the physical realm, your ideas will meet with success. In the spiritual realm, what you want, wants you, and it's only a matter of time before you get it. Act on new ideas, try new avenues, or say "yes". A heartfelt desire will be realized and you'll be very happy with the outcome of your affairs.

Libra (September 23 - October 22) - April is the month for a "mulligan stew" of experiences, with special energy directed toward interpersonal relationships, communications, participation, short or long distance trips, and/or the quest for enlightenment. You want to quit or give up. In the physical, you will have a struggle trying to get things accomplished, meet your obligations, or ward off the "ghosts" of your past and all the memories associated with them. In the spiritual, your first response is to want to quit, run away, or evade the issue but the best response is to deal with it. It is only through participation in all of life (the good, bad, and incomprehensible) that we find answers enabling us to correct ourselves and our problems or better understand the workings of God. Produce the best you are capable of as effectively as you can and don't try to live up to a conception of how you think you should be... or what anyone else thinks, for that matter. Action will be taken to correct for losses or mistakes and instead of quitting, you will be participating even more with the knowledge that the Universe does know what it's doing.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21) - April brings to you activities centering around the home or a business that you can do out of your home, financial independence; daydreaming about love and romance, and/or a person with a Cancerian-type of temperament. You want someone to spend time with, make love to, or share your life with; and/or to be self-sustaining or solvent in the work you've chosen to do. On the physical plane, what you want or need will come to you, and you will be provided for. On the spiritual plane, unfortunately, the work you're in insulates or alienates you from social involvement. However, you can rise above your emotional limitations by remembering that God is your source and works through many channels and in many ways. Open your mind to the possibility of a new beginning. Don't let your desire color what is. Refuse to accept less than what is correct in people or to settle for what is "so-so." A sow's ear dressed up to look like a silk purse is still a sow's ear. Put your ideas to the test. Business will take an upward swing, new projects will be in the making, and if your "significant other" has yet to appear, you will know that there's a Divine Order sustaining your fundamental needs, and the time is drawing near.

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21) - April will bring focus on home, family, or dwelling; daily living costs and expenses; domestic matters; friends; community, and working environment. You want to establish better relations with others and hope that a proposed plan or business project will be successful. In the physical realm, you'll be frustrated in your attempts to unite with others or gain the support of your superiors in your working environment, and will have little or no assistance from the spiritual realm in the form of guidance or direction.  In the spiritual realm, look and see if somewhere along the line you created a role model that no longer serves you. Attend to day-to-day living or household affairs that need maintenance or attention and stick close to those who support you or the way you want to feel about yourself. An era or chain of events is going to culminate and be completed, which will detach you from your problems and eliminate apprehension. A new group or union will also be in the making.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19) - April's focus is on evaluation or opinions and obstacles or problems related to public or professional people, career goals, and working relationships. You are having problems with relationships, partnerships, or personal property and want them to be resolved. On the physical level, the first step in correcting a problem is to acknowledge the fact that you have veered off your course or are moving in the wrong direction. That recognition is enough to stop the momentum from continuing. On the spiritual level, your pain could be an indication that you are healing. On the physical plane, when one has surgery the next step is recovery, which can be just as painful. When the spiritual or emotional body undergoes "surgery," the healing process is much the same. The problem is not going to go away of its own accord. You must alter your stance or take action to resolve it. You will do some rethinking but in the end, will decide to pass on, withdraw from, or sever a partnership.

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18) - March, for you, concerns expansion, movement and time spent away from home, romance, meetings and gatherings, new opportunities, and long-distance communications. You want to speed things up, settle a matter of concern, or branch out on your own. In the physical, you're approaching your goal, but your affairs will not be completely set, decided, or determined. In the spiritual, you needn't be anxious about your affairs. The Universe knows what things you are in need of. What you want has already been established and you will be led into it or it will come to you. Take more responsibility, initiative, or accountability for results. Leave home if necessary, or do some shopping around, and don't be afraid to take a chance or make yourself more available to others. Things will be set in motion though not settled or "grounded," but these new conditions will eventually lead to success.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20) - March's focus is on trying to get ahead or make it in the world; inner and outer conflicts; behavior modifications; clarity or discernment; legal matters, police, or professional assistance; and/or a person with a Libran-type temperament. You will be fearful about your future and will want to see things more clearly, obtain a new perspective, or enlist the aid of a professional-type person. On the physical level, stay detached and you will be able to perceive the truth in situations, and your impressions or perceptions will later be confirmed. On the spiritual level, don't be afraid to be defenseless or "lay your cards on the table." It can make a difference, because what's consciously or unconsciously being expressed is coming from genuine concern. Still your unruly thoughts and don't respond in a preconditioned way. Be impartial, unprejudiced, and nonjudgmental. You will be determined to carry on despite the obstacles or trials you have to endure, and you will find an alternative course of action.
