THE MASSACHUSETTS UFO continued...
By Larry Cugini
I offer all of the
preceding information in order to illustrate one fact: In the densely
populated, highly congested Lake section of Newton, MA in 1966, anything
“scientific” might as well have been labeled “magic”. Nicola Tesla was about
as credible as Peter Cottontail. The Theory of Relativity might just as well
have come out of a fortune cookie. Extraterrestrials did not
exist because they
could
not, since there was no nifty Italian word or disparaging street
nickname for them. That being said...
My mother related this
experience to me just recently:
One
afternoon in late spring of 1966 my father, then 38, my mother, 23, my
grandmother, 63, and myself, just a year old, were coming back from a trip
to Southwick's Zoo in Mendon, MA. We went there often, I'm told. We had had
a fun day. My father dropped us off at the top of the driveway and then he
went out to pick up some cold cuts, cheese, roasted peppers, bread, and wine
(the usual gallon of cheap Tavola Red, with the checkered tablecloth on the
label) for a light dinner.
As Mom, Grandma, and I
(in my mother's arms) were walking down the driveway towards the house,
I cooed and pointed into the air. Mom says she looked up and froze in her
tracks. There was a large object hovering motionless about three feet above
the roof of our 2-story house. Gesturing towards it, Mom hissed to Grandma,
“Ma -- look!”
Grandma looked up, gasped, and said, "Jesus,
what
is
that?"
It was a cigar-shaped object,
apparently metallic, matte black (not shiny), and featureless. It was
totally silent. It was positioned along the top edge of the roof, about as
long as the house, maybe 60 feet. It was around 7 or 8 feet thick. It was
totally motionless, not moving with the breeze. Mom says there was a wavy
aura of heated air around the whole object, but they felt no heat or wind
from it. She says it was totally alien to them, yet neither she nor Grandma
had felt panicked. In fact, they were oddly calm. She says that even I
didn't cry or show fear. They watched it for a couple of minutes and it
didn't move or make a sound.
Eventually, Mom told
Grandma she thought she should get me in the house because she didn't trust
the thing, so we all ducked indoors. About fifteen minutes

later, Mom
timidly peeked outside to see if it was still there. It was still above our
house, but it had realigned itself diagonally. It betrayed no reaction to my
mother’s re-emergence from the house. A few minutes later, despite
misgivings, Mom and Grandma stepped out together and walked up the driveway,
as was their custom whenever Grandma went home. They both turned and looked
up. The object was gone. They looked around from the elevation of the street
but there was no sign of it. As far as Mom could tell, no other neighbors
were ever aware of the object.
When my father got home, he said
he hadn't seen anything unusual when he had dropped them off. Mom says none
of them ever called to report it. They never spoke of it again until Mom
told me about it today.
The thing that creeps me
out the most about this story is the calm, casual behavior displayed by the
two women in what I would think most people would have perceived as a panic
situation. Then there is the strange fact that somehow my mother did not
even remember this event until about a year ago. It is totally unlike
her to fabricate such things -- to fabricate anything, really.
Unfortunately, neither my grandmother nor my father is still around for
cross-examination. Of course, having been a baby at the time of the event, I
have absolutely no recollection of anything of the sort.
All I will say is that if
this could happen in the unscientific microcosm of the Lake in the 60’s,
then NO culture is free from outside observation, paranormal activity, or
unexplainable phenomena.

SPIRIT GUIDE, SAKEINA, continued...
You need to work seriously
to get wizened to the true ways of the non-physical world as
understanding is imperative to all you will be needed to assist with
concerning the shift.
Preparations, as you know, have already begun for those
seeing numbers and will continue for a good number of years beyond
2012. This is not only an astrological shift. It is also a major shift
in consciousness. The planets will line up naturally but the
consciousness shift will take many earth years.
A saying on earth is that you cannot teach an old dog
new tricks, but this is entirely false. Mankind is already opening up
to understanding natural healing and this is a necessary step to the
shift - just one of many awarenesses that need to come. |
