| Spirit Guide, Sakeina, Continued...
Torrential times are ahead over the next five years, but they will only genuinely affect those individuals who have willingly chosen to have no spiritual doctrine. People who willingly work with spirit or have a solid spiritual doctrine now will work harder with spirit to bring the shift into reality. No nonsense will take precedent over the work each individual has agreed to do, going much further into spirituality than ever before.
These people will not be sharing earth teachings. The lessons being taught will be coming from the Master Spirit Teachers who have spent centuries training for this time in Earth history.
People will feel the changes taking place. Understanding has already begun. Even those who live in greed are feeling the change. They do not understand that the shift must happen for the survival of the human species.
Reality, as you understand it, will have no resemblance to what you have known. All people will come together to understand this new world.
At a time when all seems failed, the shift will come. Those who have been training with the masters during this time of preparation will be given a sign when the time is right. All who have trained will come together on the soul level and learn the final lesson. Once this takes place, the shift will begin.
You will witness and experience an unfolding that has long been lost to humanity. The world will begin its healing at that very moment. It will be a glorious new beginning for all of our souls and will be embraced even by those who have fought against the shift while holding on to their greed. Your spirits will soar, for the shift will bring freedom unlike any you have ever known. You will leave your old world behind and begin a new, never before experienced, spiritual journey.
Starting in your history only ten short years ago, according to your earth time, training for the shift began. No one will remember the exact day or time when training began, but those who have been training are very much aware of a new urgency to prepare others.
You must understand that these people are not teaching random earthly ideas. These people are sharing information learned in spirit from the Master Teachers. You must allow the truth of these teachings to be heard in your souls where the truth is never mistaken. You will know these teachers by the words they speak and write as they will talk of the change, the shift, the planetary alignment. People on this earth plane must come together, working with spirit, to bring all wealth of knowledge to the full spiritual magnitude to the shift.
You are seeing numbers at this time. Some of you have been seeing them for awhile on your time pieces. These numbers have several purposes to you that see them. They are meant to help identify you to one another, trust one another, and share with one another for the understanding during the years before the shift.
There are different numbers chosen by each of you before your births. They indicate how you will help for the shift and how you will study. The numbers are seen as though random, but your soul understands what to do when you see them.
Not everyone who has chosen to help in work toward the shift is seeing their numbers yet, but soon these remaining people will start their studies and all will move forward. Recognize each other, work hard together and apart. The next five years will be very difficult. You will need each other. Trust your time pieces.
People will want more information than is being given here by us. We cannot give full details as it could interfere with the work we have ahead of us. People cannot have longings for what they hope something means. They must be open to receive their training from the Master Teachers.
Pay attention to your time pieces, seek one another out and share what you know. You stay together in your understanding and knowledge no matter what may come to pass in the next five years. You are not alone and the shift is coming.
You will know when your training is taking place when your time pieces show you the familiar numbers. Some may train for longer lengths than others, but this training will not interfere with your earth life. It is done on the soul level - what you call your subconscious.
You are all people who have chosen to help bring this shift to the world. Humanity will survive and will be more than your earthly selves can truly comprehend."

The English language carries a multitude of strange sayings that come out of our mouths naturally. They have a meaning which we've learned from our parents or grandparents, but where did they stem from? Below are a few sayings that nearly everyone has used sometime in their life and their beginnings.
"P's and Q's" - (example: "Mind your P's and Q's) Sometimes said by adults to their children when they are misbehaving. The most popular origin idea to this saying comes from, of all places... alehouses. The customer's bill was chalked on a wall with tally marks under P for pint and Q for quart. Payment was then made when the patron was ready to leave. Imagine the wife of a man telling him to mind his P's and Q's so as not to spend too much in an evening.
"Not to be sneezed at" - (example: "I wouldn't sneeze at that if I were you") This saying is normally said, nowdays, by someone to someone else who is looking at something good happening to them. It appears that people who enjoyed snuff brought about this saying in the 17th century. Since snuff made a person sneeze, the people using it had to learn to control their sneezing. It became customary that if they did not like something or were bored, they would sneeze, purposely, to show their dissatisfaction. The opposite was also true. Sneezing was not done when people were satisfied or enjoying themselves.
"The cold shoulder" - (example: "Why are you giving him the cold shoulder?") In our meaning, this saying states that we are ignoring someone who has made us angry. The origin actually comes from medieval times - specifically France. If guests were staying at an Inn and were served a cold shoulder of beef, it was understood by all, without harsh words needed, that they had outstayed their welcome. If a guest was served a hot shoulder of beef, they knew that they were welcomed by the owner of the Inn.
Meanings have changed a bit from their original intention for some of these sayings, but it's interesting to see the original purpose behind them.

The Taos Hum Continued...

The Taos Pueblo is actually a place in which people live and do business yet you pay entrance admission to watch them doing so. At first it felt a bit odd, yet after a while, we were busy enjoying all that it had to offer and finally made our way to a table where an older woman was selling bread and jewelry. I told Marilyn to talk with the older woman since she felt grounded to me and I began a conversation with the younger one. She asked me what we were doing in Taos and when I began to tell her about our experience with the "Taos Hum", she said, "Oh, only bad, wicked people hear the Hum. None of our people ever hear it."
I quickly informed her that we were neither bad nor wicked and this caught the attention of the older woman who, by this time, had sold Marilyn a wonderful bracelet and was having a deep discussion about animals with her. I suggested we move on since the energy was beginning to feel a little incongruous. We spent the rest of the day at the Drum Museum, marvelous restaurants and art galleries.
That night, Marilyn asked me what we would do if the noise came back. I told her that I intended to follow it, in the car if need be, and she could come with me or stay. In any event, I wanted an answer to this mystery.
Sharply at 11:30 p.m., the "vacuuming sound" started, yet it was not as loud and there was no ozone smell. I went outside to the parking lot and found the direction of the sound. It was coming from across the street from behind a large drugstore. "Put your pants on and come out here," I yelled to Marilyn. She did and we began walking through the motel parking lot toward the street with our focus completely on the drugstore's large parking lot in front of the store.
Before we could reach the curb, a parking lot sweeper truck came from around the building toward us. It was not sweeping the parking lot; the brushes were up and it was simply traveling toward us with its headlights directly on us. We stood stock still and watched as it came to its side of the curb and turned parallel to us. Two men, one driving and a passenger, took a long look at us and, without saying a word, drove away, disappearing behind the drugstore. The sound of the sweeper was the same sound as the "Hum" from the night before.
"What just happened?" Marilyn asked me. "Well," I said, "it can be one of two things. Either last night's sound was this sweeper cleaning the parking lot though last night's sound was much louder or, we created this experience just now because our minds cannot contain what really DID happen last night and we need to mentally protect ourselves."
