EMAIL INTERVIEW WITH CHRISTINA M. SCHUMACHER
Question #1: Chris, your specialty is doing readings by pendulum dowsing. How, and when, did you discover this ability and how long have you been reading for others? Chris: I am a late
bloomer in comparison to the others being interviewed for this
website as I've only been doing readings for about one year. I discovered
my ability by a very interesting chain of events. Question #2: What kind of readings do you do for others? Chris: The main
readings I do cover working with my guides to determine, through a photo
of the person requesting my service, who their spirit guides are. I
receive the names of their guides, whether these guides are male or
female as they would appear to us, where these guides are from in terms
of places we would recognize, what they are currently helping the person
with from Spirit, and how many past lives the person has lived. Question #3: How exactly does a pendulum session work? Is it a long process and how does the information come forward? What does the client receive? Chris:
When I first started, about a year ago, the sessions could
take nearly three hours to get 10 lines of writing. At this time,
Sakeina was working to match my energy pattern so that the sessions
could run faster and smoother. Through practice, I learned the way she
would move the pendulum and our energy moved into sync, so now I can get
much more information in a shorter period of time. Question #4: There are some people who feel a pendulum board is very similar to a Ouija board. Have you ever had anyone ask you about this and if you feel it's dangerous? What are your thoughts on this? Chris:
Yes, the Ouija board has both a good and a bad reputation
depending on who a person talks to. A pendulum board is very much like a
Ouija board with letters and numbers - the difference is using a
pendulum rather than a planchette to indicate the letters. Another
difference is that a Ouija board is normally used with two people and
the pendulum is held by one. Question #5: What has been the biggest challenge you have had in working with your new found ability? Chris: I have to say "belief" has been my biggest challenge. After waiting for nearly 35 years to have communication with my guides, to suddenly have that communication would make most anyone wonder if what they are receiving for information is somehow coming from their own mind. Sakeina has been incredibly patient and understanding with me in this area. I've never doubted that others have certain capabilities, but when it comes to experiencing it personally, it can really throw you for a loop. I've come a long way in a year of working with my guides and am learning to trust fully in them AND to trust myself that I am relaying the information they share properly. Christina is the Webmaster and Editor of The Night Watchman Chronicles. She is also a book editor and author of four books: "Do We Know When Our Time Is Near?"; "There's No Place Like Home - Nine Forms of After Death Communication"; "Soul to Soul Connection" and, done with co-author and spirit photographer, Ron Bowers, "A Gift from Spirit".
