Special About Spirit Guides

By Angie Christie

Dear Readers,

I am beginning to realize that many (not all) have questions regarding 'guides' who help us in our daily lives from the Spirit World. Also, you all would like to know who they are, what country they came from on Earth and their names.

This is not always easy, but sometimes, a medium who is with you can often see the guide and you get the information you wanted. Not always so. Sometimes it takes years before we know, but the one thing that Spiritualist Mediums tell you, is trust.

Trust is a good word as these dear souls work so hard to keep us on the 'straight and narrow' and look out for us throughout our daily lives. I have been told over the years of the guides seen with me. The two who are very prominent in my earthly life have been with me many years.

Now these two souls are like my 'guardian angels' to me and I feel work very closely. They do NOT do any work with my clairvoyance or platform work. Firstly, I was told many years ago, when I realized the Spiritualist Church was for me, of a nun. She was a Mother Superior of the Sisters of Mercy and also told she has been with me since I first saw the 'light of day' into this life. Years went by and still she is with me. When I got renamed into the Spiritualist Church from the Catholic faith which did nothing for me at all, the lady who performed this little ceremony saw her as 'plain as day' standing staunchly by my side.

I remember the night I found out her name. I was lying awake with all sorts of thoughts running through my head when I said, "What is your name?" I was amazed when I heard a lady's voice very loud. "Mother Theresa." She had the same name as the wonderful saintly nun who passed over many years later, Mother Theresa of Calcutta. I was thrilled and so glad she allowed me to hear her.

The other guide I have is a North American Indian brave. He is my strength guide and how I got his name was in healing and development circle back in the 1980's. I was meditating and suddenly I saw a pair of legs running with a cloud over the top of the legs. "Running Cloud" was what I had seen, so Running Cloud he became. No great chief, but a brave, always seen as tall, hair dark and straight with feather at back of his head. His eyes, when drawn by a very well known psychic artist back in the early 90's, were beautiful. I have the large drawing in a frame in my special room I use to sit people who want to see me. Sometimes he looks remote and I know he is not there. Other times he seems to get a slight smile on his face and his eyes tell me he has heard me and is with me. He told one medium in an audience night of clairvoyance that Running Cloud is not his real name, but "she would not be able to pronounce my true name, so I answer to this name she gave me."

Whilst in Michigan, I was taken to see a man who is Lakota Sioux as I have always been drawn to this particular tribe. We had a wonderful one to one 'powwow' and he agreed Running Cloud could be Lakota. Running Cloud told me also, when he first made himself known to me, that he was killed on his horse as a young brave fighting for buffalo with another tribe. He was killed with an arrow into his chest.

Guides come from every walk of life and, please readers, just accept that they are with us. We are never alone.

The final guide, who is quite new to me, has a wicked sense of humor and mostly I feel is the guide who helps me with people on the platform. One night at a small coastal town of Brightlingsea on the Essex Coast of the North Sea, I was sitting waiting for the night to start when an elderly lady, sadly no longer with us, nudged Margaret my friend who was sitting next to her and said, "Angie has a fool up there with her." She came up to me later and told me he was dressed in red and yellow and was a typical Court Jester with big bells on his hat.

Confirmation of this man came two weeks later at another church in the town of Ipswich, the county town of Suffolk county. I was chatting to the man who was going to chair for me in the church when he laughingly said, "I have just seen a funny jester with you dressed in red and yellow." There was my proof!

Oh, does he play me up, but makes the audiences laugh. It's strange, but at one time on a chat website called ICQ, I put red and yellow at Christmas at the beginning of the year 2000 and could not understand why. Now, I know!

I must stop now, readers, or you would be here for another hour or so reading of different experiences I have had with my 'angels'. Just know that they are here for our protection. I might one day tell you of others I have had and still have. But, that is for another time.

May God bless you all.
