Built by steamboat travelers 159 years ago, this beautiful Inn stands strong with an enthralling history. Guests have their choice of three rooms on the first floor, five rooms on the second floor or the Caboose Cottage which is an actual railroad caboose. Each room has been decorated to reflect the Inn's unique history. All accommodations include a private bath/shower for each room, and a full country breakfast served in the dining room. Enjoy the amazing scenery including the Des Moines River and the Historic Bentonsport Bridge (both practically right outside the front door), while exploring the village - one of the first settlements in Iowa.
